The building was required to maximize floor area and parking with offices on the first floor and a secure car park at ground level.

Extensive tinted glazing, frameless glass balustrading, polished and off-form concrete panels and Donnybrook Sandstone feature wall cladding give this building a dynamic and contemporary look. A similar palette of materials is used internally to enhance the unity of interior and exterior.
