Proposed Retail Renovations, Innaloo

The brief was to provide an entrance Lobby and lift to service  the existing  first floor office tenancy and meet current NCC compliance.

A simple palette of face brick, timber and metal cladding creates a separate and well defined entrance for the upper floor tenant.
