A mixed use development comprising of on grade car parking, single level basement parking, commercial office/retail space at the ground to second floors and apartments located on the third floor.

The site is located adjacent to Queen Gardens which provided an opportunity to incorporate a public recreation space on the ground floor, that will serve both the building’s inhabitants and the public.

Perforated metal screens with intricate patterns wrap the first and second floors, providing adequate solar shading as well as an identifiable feature of the building.

There is a mix of studio, two bed, and three bedroom apartments, each with open plan living areas extending out to large balconies.
