Office & Warehouse Development, South Guildford

The brief was to convert a swampy block of land in Guildford South into two warehouse/factory units, each with small office facilities attached. This was a prospective project for the client without a specific tenant so the layouts were required to be versatile. The resulting warehouses are approximately 3,600m² each and office areas 500m².

The incorporation of custom artwork to meet the requirements of the City of Swan Percent for Art policy references the heritage of the site as a former brickworks and timber joinery factory.
