This development consists of a 3,800 square metre facility to receive, warehouse, and distribute milk, dairy products, cheese, and fruit juice in a temperature controlled environment. The developed site provides the access, amenities, office space, docks, hardstand pavement, cool room space, empty crate management, truck washing, and truck and car parking required by the operation.
