An existing suburban Shopping Centre located adjacent to the popular North Cottesloe Beach was transformed by the complete refurbishment of the external facade as well as the remodeling of interior shop fronts and public space. The cost effective us of materials and finishes in combination with a restrained colour palette has created a slick inner urban feel to the iconic beach side location.
