Medical Centre and Day Surgery Development.
WINNER – Special Buildings, 2010 Building Designers of WA Awards.
This 2,500m² three level facility consists of a fertility clinic with basement carpark, administration offices, consulting rooms, day surgery operating theatre and recovery wards. The provision of patient comfort, privacy and safety whilst maintaining strict adherence to relevant health and safety standards was of vital importance.
