Armadale Central Shopping Centre contains key anchor tenants such as Big W, Woolworths and Grand Cinemas in addition to IGA and the City of Armadale Public Library. Constructed on a site containing multiple existing developments the 30,000m² of retail space plus undercroft parking cost approximately $70 million to complete.
