Binary Office

The office development at 1101 Hay Street takes full advantage of spectacular city views and allows an abundance of natural light into the office spaces through well designed floor plates with light wells punctuating the eastern façade. The building acknowledges its contextual setting with a play on binary code that is expressed in the precast concrete panels of the façade. A landscaped roof deck provides an entertainment area for the occupants.
