The new laboratory facility for Western Diagnostics located in Jandakot will be one of the largest privately owned pathology laboratories in Western Australia, boasting a floor area in excess 6,000m2. We worked in close collaboration with Jandakot Airport, Western Diagnostics, and PS Structures during the design and construction phases, to create an impressive laboratory facility with practical spaces, designed to be functional for years to come.
The new facility consists of offices over 2 levels, laboratory space, 680m2 warehouse, dangerous goods store, service and plantrooms, toilets and locker room, and a parking area in excess 350 parking areas.
The Jandakot facility will replace Western Diagnostic Pathology’s ageing central laboratory in Myaree and Vetpath’s specialist veterinary pathology laboratory in Ascot.
