Swift Networks Office & Electronics Assembly Building

The client required a modern new building for its primary headquarters. The design is an exercise in restraint – the primary structure a rectangular cube, solid in appearance, which anchors a lightweight glazed component that cantilevers dramatically at first-floor level.  Operationally, areas are separated across the ground and first floors, however access between floors is facilitated via a central staircase, providing a functional and collaborative workspace.
