The subject site is situated to the east of Claisebrook Road and has extensive views to the southwest to the CBD. The proposed development aims to provide high-quality residential dwellings close to the CBD, which is in line with the City of Vincent’s future desired character of the locality.
The design seeks to clearly identify the various uses as well as create functional and legible spaces enclaved in a unifying language. The proposed development received ‘Design Excellence’ from the City of Vincent and consists of basement car park and utilities, retail and parking on ground floor, and seven floors of one and two-bedroom apartments.
