Marina Residential Development

This proposal was a submission for a competition to develop a design direction for a multi-residential development on a self-contained island. It is comprised of an 800 lot land subdivision, a fully functioning and operational marina and a marina village and includes apartments, retail, commercial, and tourism uses.
