297 Vincent St is a five-storey mixed-use building located in the heart of Leederville featuring one level of basement parking, four levels of office space and boutique apartments on the top floor.

The site presented multiple complexities and challenges that they were overcome through smart design, innovative thinking and a combined effort from the design and construction team to deliver a functional mixed-use building. High water table and proximity to high voltage power lines meant careful attention to design and planning in early stages was critical.
