The expansion of the existing Gibbons Automotive Showroom was a small but complex project. The showroom was extended forward towards the street frontage to provide additional space to accommodate a third automotive brand (Nissan) and a dedicated New Car Delivery zone, whilst incorporating the new corporate identity requirements of the existing brands (Subaru and Kia). The project was complicated by the fact that the business needed to remain operational whilst the building works were undertaken.
Both Builder and Architect worked closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure that on-site disruption was minimized, resulting in the successful expansion which has allowed the business to evolve to meet the rapidly changing conditions of the automotive sales market.
