Eric Street Shopping Centre

The external refurbishment of the Eric Street Shopping Centre included the demolition of the existing facades and construction of new glazed facades and roof. Full height aluminium framed glazing and steel framed awnings were installed at both the ground and first floor levels which created an inviting street frontage and provided much needed sun shading. A contemporary monochromatic colour scheme and distinctive sculpture by local artist Tony Jones completed the new vision.
