Shenton House

The Shenton House is a mixed-use development which includes the Grace Anglican Church and Genesis Cancer Care, Heart Care and Sleep Care.

Located on a prominent corner near the centre of the City of Joondalup, this striking architectural statement takes advantage of its high-profile location. A holistic approach was taken with the design – structures that might often be regarded as ancillary were encapsulated and treated as features. The main facade features an active ‘ribbon’ that loosens the formality of the building’s composition and projects a definitive presence for the disciplines the building accommodates when viewed from Shenton Avenue.
