Office Refurbishment & Additions

The project involves the refurbishment of the existing seventeen-storey office building as well as the construction of a new nine-storey addition to the front of the site and a public plaza at street level.

A similar building has been completed on the site by the new owners however it does not achieve the subtlety of the Meyer Shircore proposal.
