This 3 stage office development is located in the Herdsman Business Precinct with views across Herdsman Lake towards the city.
The first stage consists of ground floor office and amenities, two and a half levels of parking and two and a half floors of office accommodation.
The design concept derived from the idea of structure sprouting structure from the ground. The facade of glazing and aluminium composite panel creates patterns that punctuate the building mass with a series of rhythmic movements. Feature columns define the colonnade that will link to the future buildings.
