Hometown Myaree Stage 1 & 2

Hometown Myaree is a bulky goods development containing numerous ‘national brand’ tenants located on a main arterial road south of Perth. Stage 1 comprises an 11,500m² of showroom space, with a further 8,700m² constructed during Stage 2.

The construction utilises precast exposed aggregate concrete panels, fibre cement and profiled metal wall cladding. ‘Billboard’ signage together with feature entry towers are integral design features.
