Joshua Goods

Joshua joined Meyer Shircore after graduating from Curtin University in 2003 and was appointed Associate in 2014. Joshua has well-developed skills in dealing with complex building projects involving often large and diverse stakeholder groups, complex briefs and challenging operational environments.

He has extensive expertise in documentation and contract administration for which he has exceptional talent in uniting architects’, clients’ and builders’ objectives. He is adept at problem-solving, resolving issues quickly and fairly for all concerned.

Joshua ensures that project protocols are adhered to and his record keeping is meticulous. Joshua has worked on a range of projects up to $70million in value across the education, health, retail, commercial office and light industrial sectors.
